A well-known actor from his role in the Harry Potter series took to Twitter on Friday to share his experience with Air Canada during a trip to Toronto.
Matthew Lewis, who played Neville Longbottom in all eight Harry Potter films, described Air Canada as the "worst airline in North America" in a tweet posted on Friday.
Lewis says they kicked him out of first class on Friday morning when he approached the gate, without notice or explanation, and they tore up his ticket.
In a statement to CTV News Toronto, Lewis said he had not reached Toronto Pearson yet to speak to an Air Canada representative.
