The Toronto police are looking for a man who allegedly punched two people in the face at Castle Frank subway station.
The police said they were called to the TTC station at around 3:30 PM on September 5.
A man and a woman were waiting for the train to arrive at the eastbound platform, but when they began to board the train, a fight broke out, according to police.
The officers stated that the man punched the woman in the face, causing her to lose consciousness. Another passenger attempted to intervene and stop the attack, but he was punched in the face, police said.
The officers also added that the man fled immediately after his act.
The police described the man as being between 55 and 60 years old, with a large build, short dark hair, and a gray mustache. He was seen wearing an orange shirt, a camo baseball cap, black pants, black shoes, and a black backpack.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the police at 416-808-5300 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
