The Brazilian Neymar da Silva, forward of Al-Hilal, has topped the list of all-time leading scorers for the Brazil national team with 79 goals, after scoring two goals in the Samba's victory over Bolivia with a score of 5-1.

Neymar successfully scored two goals for Brazil during the match against Bolivia early on Saturday, in the first round of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, which ended with Samba winning 5-1, where the Al-Hilal forward scored the fourth and fifth goals against Bolivia, snatching the title of all-time top scorer for the Brazil national team from the late legend Pelé.

Neymar now has a total of 79 international goals, becoming the all-time top scorer for the Brazilian national team, with a two-goal lead over the legend Pelé, who is in second place with 77 goals.
