The Israeli army released more than 40 Palestinian prisoners from several jails who had completed their sentences, including those held administratively, according to the news agency "Wafa".
The Palestinian Prisoners Club stated that "some of those released on Thursday night suffer from skin diseases, specifically those released from the Negev prison, which is one of the most notable prisons that witnessed acts of torture, as reflected in dozens of testimonies documented by relevant organizations."
Their first photos after their release showed their bodies which had changed due to the torture they had endured at the hands of the Israeli army, and several of them were transferred to hospitals following their release.
In contrast to these releases, the Israeli army continues its daily arrest campaigns, having recorded more than 10,200 arrests in the West Bank since October 7, and thousands of citizens from Gaza, according to the "Prisoners Club".
