The Ministry of Energy and Oil in Sudan announced today, Sunday, an increase in fuel prices, amid a scarcity of gasoline and diesel in several states, as well as their circulation in the black market in Khartoum and Darfur states.
The price of a liter of gasoline rose from 588 to 630 pounds, equivalent to 1.8 dollars, and a liter of diesel from 582 to 592 pounds, equivalent to 1.2 dollars.
The ministry indicated that the prices are "not including state fees, and are a reference for all states."
