The International Lotto-Quebec Fireworks Competition returns to Quebec starting Saturday night.
The show titled "Je me souviens" on Saturday is the first of nine shows held every Saturday except one until August 6, with Wednesday shows on the 13th, 20th, 27th, and August 3.
Note: There is no show on Saturday, July 23, and the themes are as follows:
-June 25, Je me souviens
-July 2, Hommage to Prince
-July 9, Mexico: Bells and Drums
-July 13, Hungary: The evolution of Hungarian musical culture
-July 16, Canada: Quebec Legends
-July 20, Italy: The Heart of Italy
-July 27, Croatia: The world of dance
-August 3, England: 60 years of success
-August 6, Finale of the rising Lotto Quebec stars.
The fireworks were launched at La Ronde. Park tickets cost $60.98 USD to watch the show, and gold section tickets are $75.99 USD.
The Je me souviens show will start on Saturday with a drone show at 9:45 PM.
And Rythme FM 105.7 will broadcast the official music of the show. The bridge is closed. Those wishing to access Montreal or from it on Saturday using the Jacques Cartier Bridge will need to do so before 8:30 PM.
Access ramp closures will begin at 8 PM. Pedestrians can walk on the bridge to watch the show.
