The Governor of the Ukrainian Odessa region, Oleh Kiper, said that Russian drones attacked a port and grain storage facilities in the coastal area of southern Ukraine early this Wednesday, causing fires in some of the facilities.
Ukrainian media reported that the drones came from the direction of the Black Sea and then headed west along the Danube River towards the port of Ismail, which is a major port from where Ukrainian grain is transported by barges to the Romanian port of Constanta on the Black Sea for further shipment of grain from there.
The Ukrainian media added that for the first time since the end of the grain agreement, several cargo ships arrived at the port of Ismail via the Black Sea on Sunday.
