Local media reported that a driving instructor in Ottawa was accused of sexually assaulting a student during a driving lesson.
The police have started investigating the alleged incident in June, where the police say a driving instructor sexually assaulted a client during a driving lesson.
The police said the instructor worked at Safe2Pass in Ottawa.
Bassam Al-Haddad, 63 years old, was charged with sexual assault on Thursday.
The police say they are concerned about the possibility of other victims.
For his part, Jawad Ali, the owner of a driving school, said he only recently learned about the investigation a few days ago.
Explaining that the man was a new instructor, hired about a month ago, and the matter is still under investigation.
