The Zionist army acknowledged a large number of human losses during the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip for more than two months.

It said that the occupation army has lost 426 soldiers and officers during the war and 1593 others were injured, including 255 in critical condition.

It clarified that among the military dead, 102 were killed since the start of the ground operation, while at least 29 soldiers were killed since the end of the temporary truce at the beginning of December.

The occupation army also indicated that 559 soldiers were injured since the start of the ground operation in Gaza, 127 of them seriously wounded, and confirmed that 416 Israeli soldiers are receiving treatment in hospitals, 40 of them in critical condition and 211 in moderate condition.
