Israel has arrested 2,200 Palestinians in the West Bank since the start of the war on Gaza

The Palestinian Prisoners and Freedmen Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a press statement today, Tuesday, that the total number of arrest campaigns carried out by the occupation in the West Bank after the seventh of last October, reached more than 2200 arrest cases.

It is worth mentioning that the number of documented women's arrests reached more than 60, most of whom were released later, after being arrested as hostages, or were released under conditions as specifically happened in Jerusalem, and inside the lands of 1948, while the detention of others continues on charges related to incitement, in addition to the issuance of administrative detention orders.

These are considered the most prominent policies used by the Israeli occupation forces against the detainees, the crime of arresting them as hostages, in order to pressure their husbands or sons targeted by the occupation to surrender themselves.

From Jerusalem, the occupation forces arrested 15 citizens, from Hebron, the occupation forces arrested 22 citizens, from Ramallah, 11 citizens were arrested, from Jericho, the occupation forces arrested the two young men Iyad Issam Harbi Awadat (19 years old) from Aqbat Jaber camp, and Ahmad Abdullah Magalsah from Al Auja town, while from Jenin, the occupation arrested Suleiman Abu Al-Rab, and from Bethlehem, the occupation forces arrested four young men.
