Agencies: The death toll from a massive landslide in India rose to 37 on Sunday, according to authorities, as rescue teams battled heavy rains in search of 25 others who are missing, three days after the incident.
Floods of mud and rocks swept through a railway construction site in the remote state of Manipur in the northeast of the country, following heavy rain early on Thursday.
Emergency teams rescued 18 people in the hours immediately after the disaster.
Most of the victims were reservists in the army who were working on the railway construction project.
