Canada recorded 1190 new cases of the novel coronavirus and 23 deaths in the past 24 hours, according to data from Johns Hopkins University in the United States today, Sunday.
Thus, the total confirmed cases in the country rise to 3,880,850 cases, and deaths to 41,039.
Data from Johns Hopkins University in the United States showed today that 85,240,787 doses of vaccines against the novel coronavirus have been administered in Canada so far.
It is noted that the vaccine doses and the number of people vaccinated are estimates based on the type of vaccine administered by the country, i.e., whether it is a single dose or two doses.
