Informed sources at Cairo International Airport announced that Air Canada will start operating direct flights to Cairo Airport next Wednesday, May 4, between Montreal and Cairo, after a 6-month suspension due to precautionary measures taken by several countries to confront the coronavirus.
The sources added that the flight is scheduled to arrive at Cairo International Airport on Wednesday morning, coming from Montreal after its suspension in October of last year. Passenger arrival procedures will be completed through Terminal 3 at Cairo Airport, with the implementation of all precautionary and preventive measures to protect against the coronavirus and to ensure the health of passengers.
Air Canada is scheduled to operate 3 weekly flights regularly between the Canadian city of Montreal and Cairo International Airport, with the number of flights to increase according to operational rates and demand.
