Zelensky arrives in Canada on an unannounced visit, and Trudeau welcomes him at the airport.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who arrived in the Canadian capital Ottawa late Thursday night, accompanied by his wife.

The Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, received his Ukrainian guest at the airport, along with his Deputy, Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland.

For his part, the Canadian Prime Minister announced on Twitter the arrival of Zelensky in Canada, saying "Welcome to the Ukrainian President and the First Lady (his wife) in Canada."
