The Spanish Minister of Social Rights, Ione Belarra, on behalf of her government, called for cutting relations with the Israeli entity and bringing the occupation before the International Criminal Court due to its extermination of the Palestinian people.

Belarra added, in a tweet on her official account on the X platform (formerly Twitter), "A century ago, fascist barbarism was rampant in Europe.. Let us not allow the same thing to happen in Palestine with the extermination of the Palestinian people, let us cut relations with Israel now and bring its government before the International Criminal Court."

For his part, the Spanish Socialist Prime Minister demanded an immediate ceasefire by Israel in Gaza, and strict adherence to international humanitarian law, which the Zionist entity is now clearly violating.
