Buckingham Palace announced today that Queen Elizabeth II, aged 95, has tested positive for COVID-19, but her symptoms are "mild" and similar to a cold.
According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen, who was in contact with her son Prince Charles two days before he took a test for the virus, will nevertheless "carry out a few duties" over the next week.
