The Moroccan women's national team faces its Canadian counterpart in preparation for the Australia and New Zealand 2023 World Cup finals, scheduled between July 20 and August 20.
In this regard, the Canadian Soccer Association announced that its first women's team will play a friendly match against the Moroccan women's national team on October 10 in the Spanish city of Cadiz, less than two weeks before the World Cup draw, which will be held on the 22nd of the same month.
The Moroccan women's national team qualified for the world event by reaching the final of the Africa Cup of Nations held two months ago in Morocco, which was won by South Africa.
