Montreal Police (SPVM) announced a cash reward for anyone providing information regarding 17 stolen vehicles seized at the Port of Montreal valued at nearly one million dollars.
The police stated that officers were able to seize the cars on March 22 thanks to an operation led by the Canada Border Services Agency.
It is noted that most of the seized cars are luxury SUVs, valued at $800,000 and likely destined to be sold abroad.
In light of this, SPVM announced rewards of up to $3,000, offered by Info-Crime Montreal, for information leading to the arrest of the suspects.
Anyone with information about the stolen vehicles is also asked to contact the police or submit an anonymous report through Info-Crime Montreal.
