American businessman Elon Musk warned during an audio conference on the social media platform "X" about the outbreak of a third world war due to conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East.
The Wall Street Journal quoted Musk as saying: "We need to achieve peace in Ukraine, and I believe we need to restore normal relations with Russia."
He considered that the military actions being carried out by Kyiv against Moscow are meaningless, and alongside the war in the Middle East, they could provoke a global conflict.
He also added that Washington would be overwhelmed in the face of such a dangerous alliance, because it lacks the appropriate military industrial capabilities.
In October of last year, Musk tweeted that he was doubtful about Ukraine's ability to win in the event of a widespread war with Russia, and he called on the parties to seek peace, offering his vision for a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
Musk's plan called for a "re-vote" in Donbas "under the supervision of the United Nations," maintaining the Crimean Peninsula "as an official part of Russia, as it has been since 1783," ensuring water supplies to the Crimean Peninsula, and keeping Ukraine in a neutral status.
