Lynx Air Airlines announced that it will add the city of Fredericton, the capital of New Brunswick, to its flight network this summer, and that it will offer very low prices.
The new airline will offer service three times a week between Fredericton International Airport (YFC) and Calgary International Airport (YYC) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) starting June 12, 2023. Merren McArthur, CEO of Lynx, said: “We are excited to add Fredericton to our rapidly expanding network.”
He added: “We know there are strong ties between the communities of New Brunswick, Ontario, and Alberta, and we are proud to offer very affordable flights, aiming through offering very affordable flights to inspire more Canadians to travel to see their favorite people and places.”
Travelers flying between Fredericton and Calgary will also be able to use a single ticket and check their bags through to their final destination.
To enjoy the new routes, Lynx is also offering limited discounts on seats, with one-way tickets between Toronto and Fredericton starting from $79, and $199 between Fredericton and Calgary, including taxes and fees.
