The Russian presidency "the Kremlin" announced that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will visit Russia next Thursday.
The press spokesperson for the Russian presidency, Dmitry Peskov, told journalists today, Tuesday: "I can confirm this visit and its date, as Russian-Iranian negotiations will take place on the seventh of this December."
Russian media indicate that the Russian and Iranian presidents will discuss a wide range of files, including the situation in Gaza and strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in all economic and military fields.
On the other hand, the spokesperson for the Armenian parliament, Tsovinar Khachatryan - in a statement reported by the Russian news agency "Novosti", confirmed that her country will not participate in the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, scheduled to be held on December 19 in Moscow.
Khachatryan said that the President of the Armenian National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, will not participate in the upcoming meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the general meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which will be held in Moscow on December 19.
She added that the delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia will also not participate in these meetings, noting that the President of the Armenian National Assembly officially notified the Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin of this matter today.
It is noteworthy that Armenia did not participate in the Collective Security Treaty Organization summit in the Belarusian capital "Minsk" on November 23 last.
