Indonesian Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said on Friday that the failure of the G20 finance ministers' meeting in Bali to reach a consensus could be catastrophic for low-income countries amid rising food and energy prices exacerbated by the war in Ukraine.

Mulyani added in her remarks during the opening of the meeting that Indonesia would be an honest broker and would find innovative solutions to overcome the "triple threat" of rising commodity prices, global inflation, and the war.
