Hundreds of American Jews demonstrated in the state of Chicago to demand a ceasefire in Gaza and a resolution to the Palestinian issue.

Videos spread on social media showing Jewish protesters chanting: "The Jewish religion tells us that saving one human life is equivalent to saving an entire world."

Also earlier, the American police arrested two people after shooting and spraying pepper spray on pro-Palestinian protesters who organized their march near a solidarity event with Israel near Chicago, USA.

According to local media, a man in a car covered with Israeli flags ran over a group of protesters, got out, and fired a shot before being arrested. Another man, who was leaving the venue holding the Israeli flag, sprayed pepper spray on the crowds of protesters before being arrested.
