How to make grilled kibbeh presented by Chef Suzanne Al-Masri ….

Ingredients
5 people
1 kilo fine bulgur
600g minced lean meat
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 and a half tablespoon salt
Filling ingredients:
500g fat
500g minced meat fried with two medium-sized onions
100g chopped walnuts
One medium-sized pomegranate
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 and a half teaspoons dried coriander
1 and a half tablespoons hot pepper molasses
0.5 teaspoon regular spices
A large cup of pomegranate molasses
Steps:
Soak the fine bulgur with a little water for half an hour, then add the lean meat, onion, and spices on top and grind them twice and knead well
for about 10 minutes.
Filling:
Fry the meat, onion, and spices and mix them with the piece of fat and all the filling ingredients, then add the pomegranate seeds and walnuts with light mixing.
When forming the patties, keep a bowl of cold water with a spoon of starch on the side to use on the palm of the hand while shaping the patties as it prevents cracking of the kibbeh, then grill them. Bon appetite
Served with salad or lentil soup
