Canada stands with South Korea in its tragic loss

In a tweet on Twitter, Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly said, "There is terrible news coming from Seoul. Canada extends its deepest condolences to the families and friends of those who died during Halloween celebrations yesterday and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured."

Adding, "To our friends in South Korea, we stand with you in this difficult time."
