In a tweet a little while ago on Twitter, Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly said that Canada strongly condemns the missile attack carried out by the Russian regime on the International Center for Peacekeeping and Security in Yavoriv.
She added, President Putin must call for an end to his brutal and unjustified war on Ukraine.
