US envoy David Satterfield confirmed that they have not seen any attempts by the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas to seize aid shipments destined for the Gaza Strip, according to Israel's Channel 12.

The US envoy added in press statements that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has been able to access the fuel stored in warehouses in Gaza for aid trucks, water desalination, and hospitals in southern Gaza.

He pointed out that between 800,000 to one million people have already moved to southern Gaza Strip, while between 350,000 and 400,000 remain in the northern sector.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced the martyrdom of 72 of its staff, and damage to 44 of its buildings and assets across Gaza, some of which were directly bombed as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the sector since October 7th.

The agency added, in a report issued by it, that this includes schools and United Nations buildings that were being used as shelters, where UNRWA is currently hosting about 700,000 people.

Palestinian sources revealed last Thursday the martyrdom of 5 people and the injury of a number of others as a result of an Israeli bombing targeting the surroundings of a UNRWA school in the Al-Shati camp west of the Gaza Strip.

The sources said that the Israeli occupation air force bombed the surroundings of the "Abu Asi" school affiliated with UNRWA with several missiles, located specifically in the Al-Shati camp, resulting in the martyrdom of 5 civilians and the injury of others with serious wounds.
