The Canadian Ministry of Environment said that strong winds are expected to blow this morning until the afternoon.
The National Weather Agency also said: "Westerly wind speeds are expected to reach 90 km/h this morning until the afternoon following a strong cold front."
Winds are expected to subside from west to east in the evening.
Also, the Weather Agency warns that strong winds can damage shelters, tents, and umbrellas, and there may be outages in utilities.
It is also expected that temperatures will drop today to reach 1 degree Celsius in the afternoon and to a low of minus 5 degrees Celsius at night.
In addition, today is expected to be cloudy with a 60 percent chance of snowfall throughout the day.
