The Iranian presidency announced the implementation of decision No. 604 of the Iranian-American Claims Tribunal, which requires Washington to deposit an amount of 43 million dollars to Iran's account, according to the "Al-Alam" channel.
The statement issued by the International Legal Affairs Department of the Iranian presidency stated, "In case A-15 related to the violation of the U.S. government's obligations regarding the transfer of Iranian civilian materials, the Iranian-American Claims Tribunal issued decision No. 604 in favor of Iran and required the U.S. government to pay the damages incurred to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran," according to the channel.
The statement continued, "The International Legal Affairs Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran's presidency mentioned that after repeated and continuous follow-ups by it to secure Iran's rights, and according to court decision No. 604, the U.S. government deposited the principal amount of 43 million dollars into the account of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the Dutch bank in The Hague."
