A man from Collingwood died following a fire in an apartment early Tuesday morning.
The man, approximately 30 years old, was living in an apartment above a garage at 50 Moberly Street.
A spokesperson for the fire services said the fire started in the apartment and the damage was contained to only one unit.
Subsequently, Ontario Marshal was called to investigate the cause of the fire.
