The Federal Nutrition Center stated that mandarin oranges have countless health benefits; they are rich in vitamin C, which ensures strengthening the immune system and increases iron absorption from foods in addition to its role in collagen production.
The German center confirmed that mandarins contain vitamins B7, also known as biotin, vitamin E, and B12, which explains the great importance of this fruit for skin health and beauty and its benefits for nails and hair.
Mandarins also contain selenium, which has antioxidant effects, "synephrine," which lowers cholesterol levels, and "nobiletin," which works to burn fat.
