The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a national recall for energy drinks bearing the Monster brand.
This recall includes all flavors of the beverage that contain caffeine and do not have bilingual labels in English and French.
The agency also stated that the products are being recalled due to non-compliance concerning caffeine content and labeling requirements.
Canadians are advised not to consume, offer, or distribute the recalled products.
The agency also said that the recalled products should be disposed of or returned.
It added that no illnesses related to the consumption of these products have been reported.
