Canada recorded 926 new cases of the novel coronavirus, and one new death, during the past 24 hours, according to data from Johns Hopkins University in the United States on Monday.
This brings the total confirmed cases in the country to 3,957,823 cases, while deaths rise to 42,001.
Data from Johns Hopkins University in the United States today showed that 86,011,593 doses of vaccines against the novel coronavirus have been administered in Canada so far.
It is noted that the vaccine doses and the number of people vaccinated are estimates based on the type of vaccine given by the country, whether it is a single dose or two doses.
