Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau warned Canadians about the new year 2023, stating that it will be a difficult year due to facing inflation and global recession, as well as the continued rise in bank interest rates.
Trudeau added: "I am confident that we are capable of facing the crisis together, and through cooperation we will be able to overcome this crisis."
He also indicated the possibility of helping Canadians under these harsh conditions by reducing goods and services tax, dental care, and rental support for low-income individuals.
In the same context, the Prime Minister also confirmed that the situation in Canada amid global inflation, economic slowdown, food prices, and gasoline prices, although harsh, is much better than in Europe and Ukraine.
