The leaders of the four main political parties in Ontario will take the stage tonight for a live televised debate in Toronto.

Ontario residents are scheduled to head to the polls on June 2nd, and party leaders spent the entire last week campaigning as they traveled across the province competing for votes and attracting them through election programs.

The 90-minute discussion will be attended by Progressive Conservative leader Doug Ford, New Democratic Party leader Andrea Horwath, Liberal leader Steven Del Duca, and Green Party leader Mike Schreiner.

CTV News Toronto will broadcast the debate live at 6:30 pm. You can also watch the full live discussion on CTVNewsToronto.ca and the CTV News app.

The debate will be moderated by journalists Steve Paikin and Althia Raj. Party leaders will answer questions from the moderators, which were developed in partnership with the Association of Regional Broadcasters who organized the debate, as well as Ontario voters themselves. The leaders will also be able to ask each other questions during the discussion.

Last week, the leaders participated in a debate in Northern Ontario where regional issues were discussed at an event hosted by the Northern Ontario Municipal Association.
