"Regina Mayor Sandra Masters" met with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Ottawa on Monday to discuss a number of topics including ongoing infrastructure projects and social initiatives.
Masters said she discussed with the Prime Minister several projects receiving support from the federal government.
Masters said on Monday: "Everything from the water treatment plant, infrastructure development, and preliminary engineering design for the transition along the national trade corridor."
"We have some ongoing work related to community safety and well-being, more infrastructure work as we in Regina recover from the pandemic."
The Prime Minister said, "An opportunity for us to talk about the work we have been doing together on infrastructure, water, reconciliation, and many different things."
