Investigation is underway following an explosion in a house in the western end of Toronto, where the incident occurred in the Oakwood Village area at 171 Cedric Street, south of Vaughan Road and east of Oakwood Avenue.
In this regard, Matthew Pegg, Chief of the Toronto Fire Department, said in a tweet published before 10 a.m. today, Saturday, that Ontario Fire was notified, and an investigation will begin into the origin, cause, and circumstances of this explosion.
He said no one was injured in the fire, which firefighters quickly extinguished.
