The Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the World Health Organization and the United Nations to condemn the Rapid Support Forces militia's violations against hospitals and health facilities, and to demand their immediate withdrawal from them.
The Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, in statements reported by "Cairo News" channel, that it has handed over a memorandum to the World Health Organization regarding the Rapid Support Forces militia's violations against 12 hospitals and health facilities in Khartoum.
Sudan has witnessed violent confrontations since the middle of last month between the Sudanese army led by the Chairman of the Sovereign Council of Sudan, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, and the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, resulting in the death of hundreds of people and the injury of thousands.
