The Serbian national team continues its remarkable journey in the Basketball World Cup, qualifying for the final match after defeating the Canadian team (95-86) today, Friday, in the semi-finals of the tournament currently taking place in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia.
The Serbian team dashed the hopes of their Canadian counterparts to reach the final for the first time in their World Cup history.
The Serbian team will face the winner of the other semi-final match, which is taking place today between Germany and the United States.
The Serbian team finished the first half of the match leading (52-39), and the great star Bojan Bogdanović played a significant role in this victory, being the top scorer for the team with 23 points.
