Canada announced today that it will send 40 more combat engineers to help support Polish efforts in training Ukrainian forces as part of its commitment to increasing military support for Ukraine.
Canadian Defense Minister Anita Anand said at a press conference in Warsaw: "I announce today that Canada will send in the coming weeks about 40 combat engineers to Poland to help Polish forces train Ukrainian explosives experts in engineering reconnaissance and explosives handling, mine laying, and removal."
