A parliamentary committee to start studying the RCMP's use of spyware on mobile phones and computers.
For its part, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) says it has obtained warrants to use tools that collect text messages and emails and can remotely operate cameras and microphones in 10 investigations.
