VIA Rail has announced significant discounts on train travel across the country, whether you want to travel from one city to another or prefer to leave urban life behind and go to charming small towns and natural wonders.
With VIA Rail’s summer discounts, you can get up to 40% off train ticket prices for trips across Canada, including business class.
You can also get a 40% discount on the price of economy class tickets on VIA Rail trains between Quebec City and Windsor for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or a 30% discount for travel on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between May 15 and September 30, 2024.
The journey extends from Windsor to Quebec City, with cities like Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, and Montreal along the way, and through the discount, the cost of trips from Toronto to Montreal reaches $39 one way.
If you would like to adventure around Canada, you can also save on VIA Rail's Ocean train and travel from Montreal to Halifax through the Maritimes in one day.
With the promotional offer, you can get a great deal in the Sleeper Plus class, where the cost of the journey from Toronto to Vancouver is $491 instead of $818.
If you want to enjoy a premium experience on your next trip, you can also save 25% on a business class ticket on the Quebec City-Windsor corridor for travel between May 15 and September 30, 2024.
